Chipotle Mexican Grill in Ohio

"This Chipotle is a nice addition to the Crile Road Crossing area in Concord. It is a bit small on the inside but also has a little patio area off to the side. There is a pickup window and a few online ordering parking spots are located in the front. The employees were all very nice and the food was the standard Chipotle fare. We visited at a time when it wasn't very busy but still it was pretty loud inside. It looked like the ceiling had not yet been finished, so hopefully that will help reduce some of the echoing in the future."

"So next morning we left our hotel & moved a little more closer to our destination (Niagara Falls). Stopped by Chipotle on the way as it is my preferred spot for food. Their quick efficient service & fresh food has no match. I picked a vegetarian said bowl without cheese, as always it tasted wonderful. Fresh cut greens, warm rice, beans, sweet corn with a scoop of Guacamole are a match made in heaven. The store wasn't busy, was all clean including the washroom. #RoadTrip #ToNiagaraFalls"

"I have to give this staff a big shout out for the service I received today. The experience didn't start out so great when the app and phone ordering system failed when it came time to pay for the order. I really wanted to buy lunch for my team and they specifically asked for Chipotle, so I drove to the Concord location to place my order. I was a bit anxious because It was a pretty large order and it was lunch time. I didn't want to hold up the line with my order of 8 bowls/burritos, so I explained to the first colleague that assisted me that their app wasn't accepting payments. I asked if I could possibly place an order with someone who wasn't on the line and I could just wait for it. She told me it would be easier to just place the order. I wish I had gotten her name. She handled this really well and very patiently. She and her coworkers read my phone as I shared the screen shots of the order we tried to place online. They knocked out that order in about 5 minutes. I was relieved because I was feeling really guilty about putting them in that spot and for the customers who were stuck behind me in line. Very thankful to this team for making this happen."

"Decent chipotle, food was fresh for the most part. Actual restaurant itself was ok, just needed a cleaning though. We had to clean the table we sat down at by wiping away the mess from the previous person. Wait staff behind the counter was busy when we were in there as the line was always at the front door, however this does not mean customers need to clean the tables also."

"There was this very handsome guy on grill, I think I over heard someone call him “Conner”. I could be wrong, but nonetheless he was very upstanding and made the best food. A raise would only be appropriate. I can personally vouch as a multi business owner that he is beyond qualified for his position."
